Our University Plan gives graduate speech-language pathology programs and staff affordable access to the full Tactus Virtual Rehab Center. Students gain hands-on experience with a professional, evidence-based tool, and faculty can use it to support real-world clinical training and better outcomes.

- Students log in with their own accounts to add digitized treatments, set up and monitor home practice, and track data.
- Supervisors can review all patient plans and progress, make necessary changes, and support collaborative learning to achieve better outcomes.
- Continuity of care for your clinic: Easily access patient reports and progress from past semesters, allowing students and supervisors to provide seamless, consistent care. Clinic clients can complete homework over school breaks, too!

University Plan FAQs:
Q. Is there a student discount?
A. Yes! Your program will cover the cost of a pack of student licenses, starting with as few as 10 students. Student licenses are available at a deeply discounted rate, with additional volume discounts for larger programs. Email us for a custom quote.
Q. How much does it cost for faculty?
A. Supervisor and staff accounts are free, based on the number of student licenses purchased. Consider inviting professors and lecturers so they can incorporate the material into their courses.
Q. How many student licenses do we need?
A. It depends on your program. Some programs opt to have all students enrolled for both years. Others choose to invite only first-year or second-year students, depending on the timing of clinical placements and coursework. Let us know how many student licenses you need, and we'll find the plan that will work best for you. Licenses can be reassigned at any time - simply add or remove students within your plan for full flexibility.
Q. Can you give me a rough idea of how much it will cost? Our budget is tight and we don't want to waste time if it's completely out of our range.
A. We get it. A single annual membership to the Virtual Rehab Center is $204 US for working clinicians. We're offering this product to students at a 75% discount or more! If you have 10 students, you'll pay $50 each. If you have 30 students, we'll get them on for just $40 each. 60 students? Only $25 for an entire year for each one. And the more students you have, the more supervisor seats you get for free!
Q. How does the Virtual Rehab Center incorporate evidence-based practice?
A. Every treatment in the Virtual Rehab Center is grounded in research. Click the "Learn More" button on each treatment to explore the clinical rationale and view references. Plus, students and staff can access to our "How-To" and "What SLPs Need to Know.." Clinical Guides in the Handout Vault to stay up to date on the latest research and learn how to apply best practices.
Q. How does payment work?
A. Plans are paid through an annual invoice via credit card and can start any time. We align with your program’s academic schedule. You can choose whether or not to pass on all or some of the cost to your students.
Q. How do we learn more or get started with a University Plan?
A. Email our team at vrcsupport@tactustherapy.com with your class size and timeline. We’ll provide a custom quote based on how many students and supervisors you need. Please be aware that extra fees may apply if your university requires extra contract, security, or IT involvement. We will provide you with our HIPAA trust site and standard BAA on request at no charge.
