History & Reports

All treatment sessions are saved to the Patient Profile automatically.

Auto-generated SOAP Notes can be viewed, copied, or printed easily. You can find all reports by clicking on the History tab in your Patient's Profile.

You can also find reports by finding the session, clicking the three dots at the end of the row, and selecting Generate Report in these locations:

  • Dashboard
  • Patient Overview
  • Treatment Plan - select View Session History from three-dot menu on the treatment card

Patients will see a patient-friendly report on their History page. Clinicians can see the same report by generating the report from any Homework session in the History & Reports tab.
