Homework: Monitoring & Adjusting

After you've set up your patient with homework and they've claimed their account, you can monitor and adjust their plan.

Remember, you can assign up to 9 treatments. Go to the patient's profile and click on Homework to see what you've assigned and which treatments are available for homework (ones in the Treatment Plan that you've used at least once).

Handouts in the patient's folder will also show up at home. You can see if and when they've viewed the handouts.

Updating Homework

Changes to the Homework Plan are automatic. You can add, remove or adjust settings for a treatment at any time. Simply go to the patient's profile, click on homework. Then click to edit, remove, or add treatments.

Sending a Reminder

If you'd like to send your patient a gentle reminder to complete homework, including the login link, you can do so at any time. Go to the patient's profile, click on homework, and then click Send Reminder.

You can see the last date and time you sent your patient a reminder on this screen below their email address.

Monitoring Homework and Viewing Homework Reports

You can see when your patients did their homework, along with a report of how they did! When your patient completes homework, you'll see a number next to Updates under your account name in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Click on Updates to see more information about completed homework. Click on the homework session you would like to view in the updates.

You can view homework reports anytime. Go to the patient's profile and click on History to view all reports. See Homework under Location and click on the Report button to view.
