What is FastSpring?

You may have received a quote, invoice, or charge from a company called FastSpring when you signed up for the Virtual Rehab Center. The charge on your credit card may say FS*TactusTherapy or something similar. The FS stands for FastSpring.

FastSpring is the company we've partnered with to process payments, taxes, and subscriptions as our Merchant of Record. They are the official reseller of the Tactus Therapy Virtual Rehab Center.

Our partnership with FastSpring means that we let the financial and security experts take care of all those aspects of your subscription, while we focus our team's efforts on creating evidence-based and reliable software for you to use.

Please reach out to Tactus Therapy for any issue you encounter with your subscription or use of the software using our support form or emailing vrcsupport@tactustherapy.com. We'll pass the issue over to FastSpring if we need to, but we want to help you first as we're the experts in what we're offering.

For payments using PayPal, you may see the charge coming from Bright Market LLC. This is also FastSpring (the company is Bright Market, and they're "doing business as" FastSpring).
