Changing Your Email Address

Your email address is your account login. If you would like to change your email, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Log into the Virtual Rehab Center with your current email address and password at https://rehab.tactustherapy.com
2. Click "Account" in the lower-left corner of the screen.
3. Click the Edit button (pencil icon) next to your email address.
4. Enter your new email address and your existing password.
5. Check your new email for a verification link to confirm your address.

You will now log in with your new email address. All emails about the Virtual Rehab Center will now also go to that address.

This is the same for both clinicians and patients. Clinicians can not change patient emails after accounts have been set up.

Clinicians in a group plan will need to contact their plan manager.
