Resources
The Resource Vault can be accessed by selecting Resources in the left side menu.
This is the easiest way to explore the variety of resources available on the Virtual Rehab Center.
You can add a resource to a patient's plan from the Resource Vault to keep yourself organized. This will allow you to plan ahead and quickly retrieve a resource during a session. The entire Resource Vault is also shown under each patient's Resource Folder for easy searching, filtering, and adding to the plan.
Recommended Resources are based on the speech diagnosis, assigned treatments, & homework.
To add a resource to a plan, use the search, sort, or filter options to find the resources appropriate to the patient, or use one or more of the Recommended Resources. Select +ADD to add a resource to the plan.
To remove a resource from a plan, click on the three dots next to the resource name and select Remove from Plan.
Each resource will have a focus badge to help you find what you're looking for. Focus badges include:
- Cognition: resources involving attention, memory, executive functioning, & numbers
- Communication: resources involving speech & language (talking, listening, reading, & writing)
- Swallowing: resources related to dysphagia
- Virtual Rehab Center: FAQs and other resources to help you and your patients use the VRC
You can filter by the focus or the type of resource. Types include:
- Clinical Guide: includes How To treatment guides and evidence supporting treatments in the Virtual Rehab Center
- Patient Education: resources written in patient-friendly language for education purposes
- Strategies: resources focused on strategy education for quick reference
