Patient Profiles

The Virtual Rehab Center allows you to organize your caseload using Patient Profiles.

To access patient profiles, select the Patients option in the left sidebar menu.

To add a new patient, select the + New Patient button at the top-right corner of the screen.

Each patient profile has 6 tabs:

1. Overview - recent sessions, charts, and summary data for a quick look at what's happening
2. Profile - identification and demographic data for better reports and recommendations
3. Goals - write your own goals or use the SMART Goal Assistant to help you; mark goals as In Progress or Achieved; duplicate or edit goals for easy updates
4. Treatment Plan - organize the treatments for each patient
5. Homework - assign or update a homework plan from the treatments you've used in the Treatment Plan
6. History & Reports - see all in-clinic and homework session reports

Each patient has a status of either Active or Discharged.

All patient data is kept secure on HIPAA-compliant servers in the US run by Medstack.
