All treatment sessions are automatically saved to the Patient Profile.
You can easily view, copy, or print auto-generated SOAP Notes. You can find all reports by clicking on the History tab in your Patient's Profile.
You can also find reports by finding the session, clicking the three dots at the end of the row, and selecting Generate Report in these locations:
- Dashboard
- Patient Overview
- Treatment Plan - select View Session History from the three-dot menu on the treatment card
Patients will see a patient-friendly report on their History page. Clinicians can view the same report by generating it from any Homework session in the History & Reports tab.
