Getting a Receipt or Invoice


You can find your invoice or receipt, as well as billing information, in the Tactus Virtual Rehab Center by following these steps:

  1. Log in at rehab.tactustherapy.com with your email address and password.
  2. Click "Account" in the lower-left corner of the screen.
  3. Click "Billing" under your account.
  4. Click the "Manage subscription and invoices" button.

  1. Click the "Orders" tab, and then click the "Order Invoice" link further down the screen.

You can view, download, save, or print your invoice once it opens.


Invoices and quotes are available prior to payment for group plans. We cannot provide an invoice before payment for individual monthly or annual memberships.

If you need documentation for an individual membership, you can pay first and then request reimbursement from your employer (follow the steps above to find and share your receipt).
