How to Pay for Your Virtual Rehab Center Membership

If you've signed up for a free trial, but haven't entered your credit card or payment information yet, here's how to do it so you'll have uninterrupted access to the Virtual Rehab Center:

  1. Log in at https://rehab.tactustherapy.com.
  2. Click "Account" in the lower left corner.
  3. Select "Billing".
  4. Press "Add a Payment Method" and follow the prompts.

Getting a Receipt or Invoice


You can find your invoice or receipt, as well as billing information, in the Tactus Virtual Rehab Center by following these steps:

  1. Log in at rehab.tactustherapy.com with your email address and password.
  2. Click "Account" in the lower-left corner of the screen.
  3. Click "Billing" under your account.
  4. Click the "Manage subscription and invoices" button.

  1. Click the "Orders" tab, and then click the "Order Invoice" link further down the screen.

You can view, download, save, or print your invoice once it opens.


Switching to a Monthly or Annual Plan


If you'd like to change from your current plan to a different one, please email us at vrcsupport@tactustherapy.com.


Switching to a Group Plan


If you'd like to change from an individual to a group license to have your employer pay for your membership, please email us at vrcsupport@tactustherapy.com.
